New appreciation gained last night

For just how awful Big East officials are. Sure, there were some fouls that weren't called (one comes to mind where Rak gave a shoulder to a guy driving to the hoop), but overall I thought the officiating was so much better last night than what we normally see in conference. It almost brought a tear to my eye to see aggressive drives to the hoop actually being rewarded with foul shots. Let's just hope this trend continues on Saturday night.

I agree over the 4 games yesterday it was refreshing to see competent officiating.

8 total fouls called on us. I think that was the total in any five minute stretch when we played Marquette.

I give the highest compliment to those refs possible. I didn't know they were there or what their names were.

Also it exposed Pitt for the fraudsters they are.
