Ya I question this firing. He coached up our rookie LB well I would say. Unfortunately though, heads have to roll with a 3 win szn. He just was on the chopping block when it came to looking for change. He surely was a big reason our safety grant came here and he provided us with some memorable highlights.
Likely because ERob was seen as calling the shots and scheme and the “co-DC” title was more of an honorific title.
Same happens in college too. The coaching world helps each other out forever. It’s how guys like Dale Williams keep getting jobs.
Someone put together a dossier on Williams so when he gets hired next gig and their fans pop over for input we can hand it over.
