LB coach is the co-DC.My prediction for coach Nick is that he is our next DC after E Rob ends up getting a HC gig.
And I presume if Fran wants to keep Nick here in 2-3 years, it will require a promotion to do so.LB coach is the co-DC.
That won’t be an issue. Fran seems pretty liberal in giving out titles and he wants his coaches to develop and advance their careers. And I presume if Fran wants to keep Nick here in 2-3 years, it will require a promotion to do so.
Yes. She is. I taught her and her sisters in elementary school. Her family moved here from Sumalia.I did not realize that Nick's wife is a Rochester native. Was I under a rock? Just guessing that is a major piece of why he did a lateral move from Colorado as a top recruiter in the country.
Despite Michigan pressing, Gillians’ relationship with Williams was strong. Williams’ wife is a Rochester native and Gillians said back in August that he heard from his future position coach almost daily. He said he fell in love with the way Williams coaches and his energy.
Love to see him teach our group how to tackle before being a hot or otherwise commodityNick will be a hot commodity before long. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s our DC one day either. Infectious personality. Incredibly intense.
Could be wrong but i remember him saying he wanted to coach under E Rob…I think if E ROB were to get a job coach nick would go with him.Nick will be a hot commodity before long. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s our DC one day either. Infectious personality. Incredibly intense.
Think that's more of his boss's fault.Love to see him teach our group how to tackle before being a hot or otherwise commodity
