New Member Not Receiving Conformagion Email

After a year of lurking, my wife is setting up an account for the forum, but she is not receiving the confirmation email. Shr has checked everything - correct email address, not in spam, not in trash, etc.. She has tried on her phone (Android) and iPad. Any suggestions?
