Yes 100%. He was getting OC interviews in the NFL. After the Panthers traded CMC he got A LOT out of Chubba and Foreman. Very good coach.

I dunno, but he's done it before at Baylor, for some good teams, under Rhule. Seems Fran might be something of a Rhule protege.

Looked up their rankings. Provided without context (because I have none to provide) :

2017 - 115 Rushing, 24 Passing, 59 Total (405 yards/game)
2018 - 65 Rushing, 19 Passing, 22 Total (459 yards/game)
2019 - 61 Rushing, 43 Passing, 52 Total (422 yards/game)
