The visual design is great. Agreed. That said, I've noticed over the years that designers with good visuals usually aren't the best with typography. I see quite a few problems with the legibility/hierarchy. But since nobody else is going to critique these as much as I do, it's not a problem. I'm just glad someone finality realized how important this aspect of recruiting and branding is.
