Next year's offense

Let me start out by saying that this year took a lot out of me. I am an ultimate optimist and thought we'd were good enough to go 9-3(I even proclaimed so in an interview on syracuse.com.) . As the year went on it got so bad I could barely watch the final two games, games that I had planned on attending, but couldn't because of how bad we had gotten. It just wasn't worth the cost. But I am once again optimistic for next season, just look at what we have coming back on offense. Hunt, who hopefully will be the QB we expected to have this year. I know he has the ability in him, it just has to come out. Broyld, Estime, and Ishmael who are definitely our top 3 playmakers, and Morris and Mcfarlane who I feel are much better than gulley and moore. I love gulley as a number 2 but he just doesn't cut it as a feature back. I feel with all this back, hopefully our o line can put it together and can have a really potent year offensively.

This isn't aimed at you... but we say the same thing at the end of every year. Next year it should be better because...

I believe we have enough talent on offense to at least be a middle of the pack team, based on offensive stats. To be one of the worst offensive teams in the country and think we will be better with the same offensive coordinator and essentially most of the same players... I'm not optimistic at all.
