Funny SNL sketch on the Jets.

i thought it would be great, but it wasnt very funny at all.

1 thing i know about jet fans, they most certainly are not in denial.

they all feel the real misery and are all in on Lawrence.

shouldve used a different fan base, and found a better writer.

Cleveland may have been better off throwing a hail mary at the end instead of doing that lateral crap that lead to a safety and killed peoples bets. Baker threw the Ball 75 yards at the end of the half out of the end zone.

i was thinking the same thing.. just get it close enough and see what happens.. more like a 1-100 chance than a 1-1000 chance of a 80 yd 20 throw lateral play working.

they should have called time before the spike and the FG.. yeah Ravens could have run a play but they also had no TOs so if they did they might not get the FG. it would have forced the issue but also and left another 10 secs which would have been enough to run the play to get closed to mid field..

much like NO wasted a TO on sunday and then was one short at the end to have time to win/tie the game..

I always had Buffalo beating Pittsburgh. I think the toughest game in that stretch was always Denver.

i know the overall point was SNL continuing to be liberal, it wasnt funny regardless and if we pretend there are actual people out there who truly dont believe the election, other than people trolling the left...then they needed a different fan base to make it work.

i just didnt laugh.

ive found baldwin to be hysterical, this was a swing and a miss IMO.

maybe a different fan base and i wouldve found it funnier, but being around so many jets fans for so many years that despite what joke they were trying to reach for...it just was never going to get there.

Bill would be playing the New York Football Giants.

This is so stupid ... if more weeks of content is what they want just give each team two bye weeks and extend the season to have an extra week of games while each team still only plays 16 ... this would also make it easier to schedule Thursday games so each team is playing coming off a bye so no super short weeks ..

Players will be healthier .. gamblers and fantasy football players will get an extra week of content .. win win ..
