That should have been an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on LV... just a 5yd penalty doesn’t cut it.

What happened

Raiders were going for 2 and had personel running off and on and wouldn’t have gotten the play off. Denver coach called a TO and allowed Raiders to get the play and converted the 2pt conversion.

What happened

LV down 31-30 having just scored with ~ :20 left. They go for two. No timeouts left. DEN calls a TO which allows LV to talk the play call over. OK no big deal. But somehow when LV goes out there they're very disorganized with player personnel. Play clock winding down, looks chaotic. DEN bails em out with another TO. LV converts the two.
