McDonald was obviously a little overwhelmed early on - to be expected directing the show at a major program for the first time. Board seemed split on what him last year so it will be interesting to see what he gets done now that he has more of his guys in place. Whether he get there right away or not, at least he seems to want to be the first coach in a long time to maximize the Dome and make it the greatest show on indoor turf.
