The conference needs to seriously make some changes in the offseason and if it means spending some more money on referees so be it. What a horrible year for the conference from the officials.

I think that Duke/Miami debacle was part of a long con by Swofford. He demonstrates the refs are so bad they can't possibly be crooked.

I'm kind of glad it happened on a big stage, these clowns should be exposed for an absolutely horrendous year of officiating, maybe this will warrant a change.

Either the official who threw the flag is incompetent, or is corrupt. Either way, phantom calls like this, involving pivotal plays in the national spotlight, tarnish the image of the league.

Down 45-37 with a minute to play, NC had a recovered onside kick called back for offsides. On the replay, there wasn't anyone anywhere near being offsides and the ref was staring right at then LOS when he made the call. Non reviewable and absolutely affected the outcome of the game.
