Can an incoming player on an NIL deal back out? Is there language in those deals that could preclude him (or any other player) from taking another "job" in other area codes? In other words... is an NIL deal act like a pseudo signing of Letter of Intent? Does anyone know the legality of these NIL deals? Could Elijah Moore, for example, decide to take a better NIL deal, once the contract is signed?
