NLRB rules football players at private FBS schools are employees

Stupid...Athletes at state universities are not then.
NLRB does not have jurisdiction over public employees.
When/if state school teams bring an action, that governing body (PERB, I believe) will make a ruling.
 
So the NCAA can ban us from competition now, since we aren't amateurs, right? How can you consider a legal employee to be amateur?
by not paying them.
 
Hmm. This might be just what UB has been looking for to jump-start its push to become New York State's college team!
