Ha, my costume kind of sucks. Its sort of a cowboy/old west sheriff.

Its fun, fortunately a few people showed up in costume. And I will work on the tail.

I have discovered that I MUCH prefer cheap red wine to fizzy yellow beer. My malt beverage tastes have become overtly pricey in the Downtown Los Angeles area where a 6-pack of good beer is >$12.99 But I can get decent bottles of Pinot Noir at 2 for $15, so I am going with that until I get my California Home-brewing operation up and running.

Although I did find a place that sells PBR 24oz. cans for $1.99 in case Marsh wants to visit...

Love xingu, first had it back in '98 in the city. The next time I had it was 2 years ago, thank you World Market. Looked for it often between that span. Good stuff and was glad my taste bud memories were spot in.

Funny, wifey LOVES this beer. It is an example of schwartzbie BJCP Style 4C, which is VERY hard to find commercially. It is delicious. Calling it Brazilian is an insult to the style though. It is basically the first type of dark lager made, it is German. Those Portuguese speaking brewers do it right, however.
