I like a lot of toppings, and I'll try anything that sounds good on a menu. I find myself drawn to interesting sauces (a flavored BBQ sauce, for example, or a spicy something or other) and a good roll. Some sort of texture, like onion straws, crispy bacon, great pickles, is awesome. One thing I hate is a burger where all the good stuff falls out of the bottom on the first bite. A burger is not meant to need a knife and fork.OK. That just went on my list.
What style of burger is your preference? Greasy spoon, fancy, flame grilled, pub style (maybe an Artisan bun but nothing overboard) or heart attack special?
ALL can be fantastic.
Probably al and angus
Beer Belly is a hip little place with a great beer selection, too. They have an outdoor seating area in the back.So many great recommendations.
Thanks!
