Not a fan of noon starts, really stinks for all the people who are not locals, makes the board tailgate a lot less fun.
Still, it is national exposure against a Big Ten opponent.
We have to win and hopefully put a lot of fannies in the seats.
Noon will reduce attendance as ir always does. Both local and out of town.

if a noon start, stuns the locals, then we've got bigger problems than we could possibly imagine.
the only ones it would effect is the out of towners who want to drink before the game, they will have to pop a few in the car before they get to the tailgate.
big whoop.
problem.
solved.

Oh Lord That's dissappointing. The atmosphere after the 2009 NW game was great.
Also, not helping season ticket sales with 2 Friday night games, a nooner, and 2 TBD's.
then we have established that not only is Syracuse not a Pro town......its not a College town either.Regardless, the point remains. Yes we have had plenty of nooners in the past and they aren't as well attended.

why go to the ACC?? should just go to the patriot.

then cny is a bunch of maroons.I have no doubt there are fewer out of towers also. Also, work and lids probably come first. I know it does for me when I have missed a noon game. A zillion kids play youth football and soccer. A large number of those games are Saturday AM or early afternoon. It is only in sense to realize a noon game will not be as well attended, ny locals and out of towers, than a late afternoon or evening game.

the capital district, downstate ny and jersey play their youth football on early saturday nights but mostly on sundays.
