If it's like 55-10, then I feel this team is going to be pretty good this year.

If it's something like 28-17, then expect an up and down season, where getting six will be tough.

Even last week. When was the last time we utterly dominated an FCS program like that. This will tell even more. I don’t think WMU is good at all in a transition year. With our experienced offense and Rocky Long defense i think -23 could be doubled especially if they have quick 3 and outs trying to run the ball.

I would say Wagner was the last but that is basically a 13th grade team if there was such a thing

It is interesting… but I honestly don’t see many teams holding us to 10 or 14. Im even more skeptical one of those opponents is WMU.

I think we’re going to be very effective offensively.

Yes no excuse for a close game, none. This is not a good WMU team, they can run it 68 times against us, and that should mean they get 200 yards of total offense in the game and we win by 40. Or they can try and throw a lot more and we win by the same 40 or more

I need to know after today, based on the score, how the rest of the season is going to go!

Here's a thought too, that today is game 2 against a different opponent than all the others on the schedule and that every game will be determined by the specific circumstances of that week and opponent. I mean, what if we win 55-10 today, but suffer a key injury in the game?

Then we covered the spread and will probably be 7-5

I think if I were a betting man, I wouldn't take cuse to cover the 23.5 point spread. I still think they win fairly handily, but we seem to not play well against run heavy offenses and if WMU ends up with a significant higher TOP, that leaves less opportunity for SU's offense to put up a lot of points.

Yeah, I would go the opposite way. What I saw last week was a team that's very deep in the first two levels of the defense, and rotates a LOT of players. I don't think they'll be able to run on us very much at all.
