If it’s true that the ads we see are a reflection of the collective board search history, there are some very uncomfortable recurring themes. I won’t mention them but they are are clearly NSFW and y’all must not be using work computers.

I got another ad the other night for an old shed.
But this time it was not accompanied by eye candy. Just an old shed.

It does seem to be highly connected to research for regular "corporate" ads... I was looking at Priceline about an hour ago, and a clothing store about 10 minutes ago. And now they are all over my ads.

But sometimes the things that pop up are totally random, and I have no clue what would have drove them. Apartments for example in places like Atlanta...or old sheds!

yea...that says more about the search history on your network, not the collective board. I have lots of ads retargeting me based on other sites Ive been on...

I keep getting ads for single Korean women.

Donate $30/year to the site and you won't need to worry about ads or your significant other finding out about your search history.

I get alot of ebay and boardgame retailer site ads, which is expected for my search history. However, what isn't expected is a Temu (I think) ad that has a stone shlong for sale.
Stone shlong would be a pretty unique board game component.

"Find the fun," and all that, as the game designers say.

The ads are always something else on this board. It’s like they only try and sell me things I’d never buy lol
