Now that GMac is HC, what does next year's squad look like?

From what I've seen, he will not be an NBA player. He doesn't have the handle or one-on-one moves to be a SF. He's not nearly tough enough or strong enough to play PF. He thinks he is way better than he is. Probably addition by subtraction to let him leave.
I believe that with good individual coaching that focuses on ball handling and dribbling those skills will improve. In the off season he will need to focus on strength building - I blame his lack of development over the past 2 years on our program. Donovan needs to go to a school that teaches him discipline and accountability. He’s got a lot of upside that a good program can reveal, but ultimately, he’s going to have to dig deep inside himself and bring out the big dog mentality (which is to know where his faults lie and be disciplined to self correct and be better and do more than what is expected of him).

I'd be surprised if he continues coaching. You already had your dream job of coaching your alma mater. I'm sure he has enough money to do whatever he wants. To see him go coach Rochester would be shocking.
I suppose, but some people don’t like to leave on a bitter note. Also, if coaching is truly in his blood and not just a profession for money, then he might want to get back in the game again.

I didn’t read that as in the rotation just the first six on the roster. I think Moesch is a tbd not sure he’s a Siena player as much as a GMac player. No idea though.
Siena is probably Moesch's level. I expect him to come here and transfer out to a Siena level school in a year or two.

Based on the offer list mentioned prior I’m not so sure that’s how it plays out. We will see.

I hope that we can keep at least 4 quality players from this past season ( 4 of Kiyan, White, Betsy, Kings, Freeman). I’m good with 3 guys from Siena, as long as they are not starters or the first 2 guys off the bench. To compete in the ACC, we will need at least 2 bench players from the portal who are better than the Siena guys.

The water issues are real though. It’s actually why I advocated buying land anywhere near the Great Lakes a decade ago.

The rust belt states need to heavily monetize water access and more companies need to
Invest in places with access to fresh water Vs the southwest.

Serious, serious water issues in the SW and west of the Mississippi. Pretty much along the length of the entire Colorado river. Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, California into Mexico. There are big issues in western Nebraska, Oklahoma and parts of Texas as well. So bad that there's Federal intervention happening on rights and usage. Lots of communities impacted. Rationing is a real thing. Being in NYS from a fresh water standpoint is huge for home owners and businesses alike.

He lacks heart and toughness. He plays like a suburban kid.
He's got lots of skill, but no heart.
