Great question.. I think the RC position is more of a logistics than recruiting type position. I may be wrong though.

Edit: I think this position focuses on keeping recruiters focused at to which recruits are being targeted, primary recruiter, etc. Also, gathering tapes/transcripts and such from recruits.
