does u-conn and rutgers make it viable for more market share to offer them in the big 10,and really how much more can the acc gain at this point if they offered them.would they have to bring in both?
pittsburgh b-ball has a pretty good following in nyc also.
penn st. and michigan has more fans in nyc than rutgers.
