Isn’t Marcus Sales in prison?
Isn’t Marcus Sales in prison?
Yes it was a bizarre season, and I look back on it fondly. I really liked this team a lot, very gritty and they made us all proud of the program again. It was a shame we were just so out of gas late in the season, 6-2 and we lose 3 home games to go with the win at Rutgers to end up 7-5Such an interesting year in retrospect. Only won 2 games at home which were against Colgate and Maine, but won 4 road games against BE teams. I don't think many of us would've expected that before that season
I mean, if you absolutely have to go to prison, you definitely want to go to federal as opposed to state. (better run, better staffed, less violence)Ex-Syracuse University football star Marcus Sales going to federal prison for cocaine
Marcus Sales, 29, pleaded guilty Tuesday to conspiring to distribute cocaine. He faces at least five years in prison and as much as 40 years.www.syracuse.com

It was an ugly game, but it was so sweet that we clinched bowl eligibility by beating Rutgers at their dump stadium. My wife was a good sport, we went into downtown Chicago for dinner on our anniversary and I had one eye on my phone, checking the score of the game. Finished 8-5 in Marrone’s second season (after a 4-8 first season as HC).
GD, that season was baloney-tastic.

We definitely have the depth at RB to do it.Besides the play of the Offensive line, they used 3 running backs in just that one drive. Maybe it's time to revive that radical concept.
