Offseason test results: Average player weight is UP to 234 lbs. (from 230 lbs. last year), while body fat is DOWN .6%...
 
Is that good or too small a difference to be relevant?

Theoretically, AAM's drop alone in body fat could be the difference.
 
Are the actual numbers available? Or are they under lock-n-key? Understandable if they are.

Depending on the total % of body fat it could be pretty good. Could be dropping 1 lb fat and adding 5 lbs of muscle on average or replacing 3 lbs fat for 7 lbs of muscle. Regardless, it's not a bad thing.

Maybe, instead of a depth chart with vitals and class information, we could get a list of players' initials and then the coaches could use the gymnastics score coding to tell us who is "good" (green) who is a "caution" (yellow) and who is in the "dog house" (red).
