Impressive press conference by Nunzio. Open and honest, supporting his staff and players. Don’t know if we’ll keep him in any capacity, but doesn’t seem like a guy who has to worry about staying unemployed.

Agreed, I think all things considered Beck has been pretty solid as well, as a first year OC. I doubt he returns but he won’t be looking long either at least as a qb coach. I think most OC’s need a couple years experience

Seems like a super high quality dude, and his NJ crootin ties are impeccable and invaluable.

Assuming Dan is the man, he’s not necessarily going to be able to get 100% of “his guys” for every coaching position, so keeping Nunz on staff makes a TON of sense for all parties involved.

Also - Mullen is 2 years removed from recruiting, so having a NJ/Northeast ace in his hand to cover that would be the move.

Just got around to watching these. I thought what the players said about Shrader was interesting. They seemed to confirm what some on here said all year. Shrader was never healthy and was gutting it out as much as he could.

Surgery or not I don't think he was ever going to really be able to throw at a level high enough to get the offense where it needed to be. Every throw was a floater and when you don't throw guys open its hard to be tight coverage like that.
