Another problem with out current state is too much group think where there is no outside perspective to bring in new and different ideas since the assistants are all former players and all they really know is the JB way. I have seen Wayne Morgan sitting behind the bench some games as he is in a consultant role, but with JB being stubborn and no changes being made to the staff, the business plan becomes stale as seen by the results the last 6 years,
