I don't have time to follow the team closely this year and just catch highlights but can this O-line reliably pass block against competent D-lines? The way this team is constructed, the O-line might be its biggest problem- not that they are necessarily the worst unit on the team but the unit which needs to perform consistently well enough to allow the offense to impose its will on the opponent throughout the game in order to protect a defense with some obvious weaknesses.

I think they do a good enough job giving him time. It just feels like he doesn't have time, because he locks onto 1 wr right from the snap, and waits far too long for that wr to get separation before looking elsewhere. He's not seeing guys that are wide open. On the other hand, I've also seen plenty of times where out WR's just plain old don't get separation.

I think the pass protection has been better than the drive blocking when playing peer schools. Not picking on one guy but I was expecting more from Dino's son-in-law.
