73% of the passes he threw. He completed 73% of his passes against Louisville and that's counting at least three drops. Not sure how that contributes to your alleged "trend".

He had the highest P5 PFF grade for that week and you are saying that’s not good enough?73% of the passes he threw.
I'm so glad to be corrected by a football savant like yourself. You haven't a clue.73% of the passes he threw.
I have the same problem in NCAA 14… I lock on to 1 receiver. This happens more than people think.
In the first sequence there were two receivers wide open after he steps back in the pocket and sets his feet, he doesn’t see either one of them to the right. Run first quarterbacks are not going through their progressions.

THIS... For whatever reason, it seems like the media wants us to be good this season. There will always be plenty of detractors but it's nice to hear some positive things about this team from outside of Syracuse. Hopefully, they take care of business this week.Shrader was definitely off in the 1st half. Missing reads, scrambling too early, bad throws, etc. But he kept grinding after halftime.
The leaps and bounds this kid has made this year is incredible.
If you haven’t already noticed, Syracuse is clearly the Cinderella story in the ACC right now. More and more of the talking heads and many of the college football folks on Twitter are certainly taking notice and giving the Cuse a huge amount of credit.
God it feels so good to be 3-0!
Phat referred to shrader not throwing the ball. You referred to catch rate on the passes he does throw as if that is relevant to phat's point. Goofy.I'm so glad to be corrected by a football savant like yourself. You haven't a clue.
No, I said when someone brings up passes he didn't throw, the percentage of passes he completes is not that relevant. If rmh read and understood phat's point, he wouldn't have brought up completion percentage. He had the highest P5 PFF grade for that week and you are saying that’s not good enough?
My impression but may be wrong was that PFF grading included decision making including making the proper read. But otherwise I don’t think you can include the Purdue game as part of a trend analysis when it has come out that Shrader was sick with limited practice that week. No, I said when someone brings up passes he didn't throw, the percentage of passes he completes is not that relevant. Fwiw I'm fine with shafer tucking and running in a one read offense.
Agree and I have the same thoughtsI'm very curious on how much we've seen % wise of the plays.
