Starting QB out of game and you know your backup is terrible.

4th and a half a yard to go up two touchdowns and (Brain) Deadboll kicks a FG.

Total meathead football. Deserved to lose. Needs to be fired.

But keep him through end of year.

At 2-8, it is now about how low can you go and he is the right guy to get us as close to the #1 overall pick as possible.

That, plus he couldn't close out games leading to a 20-40-1 overall record. I like Daboll but not everyone is cut out to be a HC. Daboll can make a ton of money as an Offensive Coordinator or Quarterback Coach, just not as a head coach.

First, I get Daboll had to go. But Chris Mara and Tim McDonnell aren't going anywhere in their current roles. I assume Bowen (our DC) will be shown the door soon as well. Not sure what the deal is with Schoen (assume he will be gone as well).

But, to your point, does anyone have faith they'll 1) make a good hire and 2) ensure that the organization is run well enough to give the new HC a fighting chance.

We need to get our guys healthy, work on competent OL and DBs and see where we land. I would assume there is enough talent, especially with what looks like a good QB on a rookie contract to have this be an appealing job.
 
Nothing about the DC? Also they need to waive Russell Wilson; he doesn't belong on the field.

John Mara is no better than Jerry Jones as an owner except he doesn't have as big an ego. Mara needs to bring in a real football guy to run the show, since he will be firing Schoen as well.
Someone who has the experience of winning at a top level. You can pick whomever, but it has to be someone like a Belichek, a Saban, a Harbaugh, a Cowher, a Gruden. I'm not saying those specific guys, but someone who is a winner. I know Lane Kiffin's name is being thrown out there, but who knows.

So the GM stays, meaning they think player development and game day management is why they aren't winning. Next coach will be young and non-threatening to GM.

As per Spotrac he has made $144.5 M since going to Denver. Started 44 games during that time period four seasons ago.
