Great.

We can lose in the Wild Card game every year.

Giants have one winning season, and playoff appearance, in the last 8 (9 if you count this year)

Steelers have 7 winning seasons, and 5 playoff appearances, in the last 8.

Since Roethlisberger retired, their QB room is a bunch of retreads and never was's. Pickett, Trubisky, Rudolph, Wilson, Fields and a now 80 year-old Aaron Rodgers. And the Steelers have still managed three winning seasons and 2 playoff appearances in three seasons.

I'll take a Wild Card loss over the high draft picks we have been collecting and squandering.

So how is everyone feeling abot Mike Tomlin as a HC candidate? I can't say he might be the best person for the job, but he checks off a lot of boxes and he would be able to hit the ground running.

Steelers could just be posturing to get a draft pick from the Giants in exchange for hiring Tomlin. Would Tomlin really want to stay with the Steelers if they don't extend his contract.

But, this can be a simple fix. Since Chris Mara is married to Kathleen Rooney Mara, both families can get together and they can all discuss it Xmas morning.
