Yea I am one of the fans of him but I am slowly creeping away... He just can't shoot. Nothing personal, but his shot doesn't even look good or confident at all

Yeah, it's getting hard to watch. He misses like kids just fooling around at the gym (no touch at all) - definitely way off target on a lot of shots.

Well, he's bound to get hot eventually - here's to hoping it's the second half!

That's dead on. He looks like random dude just throwing up some shots at the YMCA. His form is off and he looks like he's putting every ounce of energy he has into the shot. Never mind our defense looked better with Patterson out there. What exactly is Cooney giving us?

I'm not sure Rak has gotten better as much as we just use him on O now.

He looks better b/c they're getting it to him but I have to think that they're getting it to him more b/c he's better in practice. They can't just be going to him more this year just b/c they have no better options. The other explanation, that the coaching staff doesn't know what they've got until they're forced to find out, is too igor-ish. I'd say it's 90% that he's better and 10% b/c he'd been Boeheimed earlier in his career.

No way--I'm not suggesting he's Hakeem Olajuwon, but did you see those drop step spin moves? Nice hook shot in the lane?

He's very much improved offensively. I'd expect the scoring to normalize over the course of the season and to come down a bit as we start playing bigger teams, but I expect he's going to have a senior campaign comparable to Rick Jackson, scoring wise. Which I'd love--considering that I would have killed for a consistent 8ppg from him. Nice to see.

I think he is much more athletic than Jackson. I am amazed as to how much he has improved over last year.

I think he's obviously improved, but I'm gonna keep saying that he's had some of this in him since he stepped on campus. Just never touched the ball...hardly ever. When he did - he spazzed a bit. Like we see from Roberson, etc...

Patterson at the top of the zone really gave michigan trouble.

We have to come down with rebounds. We're right there but they keep slipping away. CM has to dunk the ball and go to the rim with some force. He's playing soft on offense. If we clean up some of our careless turnovers, we have a good chance in this game. Our defense got better the past five minutes because we kept their perimeter players in front of us. We did some good things in the first half. Now we have to put a better second half together. They should have gained some confidence in the first half. Silent G's body language is must better tonight. Cooney has to knock down a couple of jumpers (don't have to be threes) and Joseph has to play smart and aggressive. So far so good. Keep going to Christmas!

Rak is so nasty.

Mc's nickname should be revised to Ball Peen Hammer. He can't be The Hammer and seemingly reticent to dunking the freakin' basketball.

His shot doesn't even look the same every time. That first three he shot just looked so awkward

Michigan has missed some good looks from 3.

And we apparently don't have a shooting guard...besides our point guard.
Cooney doesn't seem to be looking for the shot at all.
But they can't contain Rak...would like to see the Orange work a little high-low with Mac at the foul line and Rak on the post.

You like hearing about Brady Hoke, Kentucky, and all the other stuff that had nothing to do with the game being broadcast, well okay then. Just not my idea of what I want to hear.
