How windy is it? ...usually WRs are able to get in and out of breaks much easier than DBs can cover in the rain.

I did notice that the opening kickoff was out of the endzone, so I assume wake has a strong wind at their back, and Syracuse is going into the wind. Maybe we'll see the real offense in the 2nd?
