Giants/Skins and I don't think the ref looked to see where the chains were in location of where the ball was spotted. Yup let's advance the chains and after a play is run re-set the down to 4th.

it's time to send these clowns to a real boot camp.

Bad call I agree but they had a dropped pass where the guy was wide open and a fumble on a first down catch so it isnt like it affected the outcome of the game.

The receiver fumbled the ball on that play and the Giants recovered. They never even considered it.
