Officials make calls to try to keep games close, or favor one team, or whatever.  What they cannot possibly do is be consistent.  The inevitable result is fans/players/coaches/ADs/etc all think the games are unfair (and possibly rigged). It’s happening more frequently, I see no possible way to fix it.

Football fans either need to accept what they are watching is only slightly more legitimate than WWE and decide they still enjoy it anyway, or stop watching.  Honestly I thought more people would go for the latter - it’s increasingly apparent the former is winning in a landslide.  I’m somewhat shocked I’m in that camp as well - but have found awful calls and officials don’t bother me much anymore.
