Is planning to visit Cuse Wednesday and rutgers saturday

This kid has great offers already. Would be a very nice get. This is the kind of city kid we should go after. The cream of the crop (like Ishaq or Morgan) and not the average ones (Tull and Rene), i do not believe them to be worth it.

We got the Tull's and the Rene's so we can get the Morgan's and the ogundeko's. But I understand what you are saying. Hopefully we won't have to use those tactics after this year.

Didn't he visit yesterday? Anyone have news?

It went very well. This kid has an amazing offer sheet that is only continuing to grow.

He said that if he had to choose right now he would pick SU. Take that for whatever it is worth. I'd be more comfortable if we were the last visit he took. He strikes me as the kind of kid that is going to pick the last school he visits.

This is amazing news to hear.

Garcia had a great quote, UConn facilities were better but I liked Syracuse.

Got to fix this problem. Hope with the upgrades going on now will help. In the ACC we'll need facilities to complete with the big dogs.

Same ol' story. Every time the coaches charm a big time recruit in for a visit, he gets turned off by our facilities.

You can almost hear them saying..."WOW, is that a vibrating belt machine?"

Apparently he wasn't "turned off" given he said he like Syracuse ...implying that the facilities were not the most important thing. Wise beyond his years.

He wasn't turned off by the looks of the article. But this kid is blowing up and it will be tough to get him IMO.

He's going to walk into OSU, talk to Urban Meyer, and that will be the end of his recruitment.

Yea, we need some upgrades but some of you still blow smoke. Go look at past recruit articles. Wanna bet more said they loved the facilities than said anything negative? Of course after a visit most kids aren't going to say anything. Just sayin.

I don't think I've ever seen a kid say anything negative but I frequently read that everybody else's facilities are better.

UConn kills us on facilities at the moment. Hopefully we're selling kids hard on the upgrades.

Ogundeko came in at the perfect time. Right when he showed up Hogue and Derrell were in Manley and Chandler was being followed around by the NFL Network while he worked out. It couldn't have worked out better.

That and with the upgrades on the way I don't think it really mattered what the current facilities looked like since he'll never have to deal with them.
