State game last week was blacked out 0n ESPN3 because it was available in NY and Ct on MSG+ Haven't checked MSG for this coming week.
Not to be the bearer of potential bad news, but keep checking ESPN3 Upcoming page. Last 2 weeks, at least in Mass, the SU game on ESPN3 (live) was blacked out. I really have no idea why they bother blacking out internet feeds, especially to very limited parts of the country, but I guess they have their reasons. :noidea:
Can you connect your computer to the TV via HDMI?
As a more expensive option (especially before Black Friday) you could buy one of those "Smart" tv's with wifi built in. It will definitely be one of my next purchases.
ESPN3 will be close. Did you get the NC State game on ESPN3? Here's the blackout map for last weeks game.

I live in SW Ohio as well, and I watched the game on ESPN3 replay (I was out of town for the game)Well, this is interesting. I live solidly in the green area on the map (SW Ohio) but the game wasn't available on ESPN3.
I ran through all my channels a couple times and it wasn't on tv.

I searched direct tv and wasnt able to locate the game anywhere
I am disappointed with the ACC TV setup thus far. I've been lucky in that I've gotten games, but last week our game vs NCST was blacked out on every DirecTV channel except for Fox Sports West. This kind of programming will do wonders for the ACC in the NY/NJ market...
What's the deal with the blackouts?

I show it on Directv. Did you check the list of available affiliates.

I did. well I looked at the list of the 87 channels listed on the forum. Then I went through the direct tv guide for saturday and never saw the game listed. here in iowa that list showed WHO out of DSM...the guide says soccer for that time slot.
We can meet halfway between Dallas and San Antonio. Of course I am going to Dallas to visit my son. I just may even miss the game if we are dong lunch or something.I'm watching on a computer too...San Antonio TV is showing it on some low powered sub digital channel this week...usually it makes the regular channel but The AAC with the SMU game got the nod this week over the ACC game.
Of course maybe I'll go to a sports bar...
This is an over the air channel.. think antenna..it will not show up on the guide. You will have to switch to TV mode..I do this with the original TV remote. It shows it as a D3 channel so it should be 13.3 where the game will be Saturday. I apologize if I am telling you something you already tried.

wow, I'm blacked out...what the hell options do i have now?
Have to work to tomm , how to watch online in Cuse? Or do I have to drag an old school mini-tv w antenna? Good lord, blacked out stream? Who the hell would choose stream over just flipping the channel. What is the point of blackout...still don't get it.
