Forget about the seeds, the odds, the naysayers. It's about what's inside that jersey you put on. Because on a given day anyone can beat anyone in this Tournament. That old saying if you believe you can or you believe you can't, either way you're right. Success is driven by belief. I'd play a compilation video of highlights from the biggest upsets in tournament history. And then, I'd say, "Now get out there, compete, play with your whole heart because we got this!"
