To be honest committing to Rutgers shows a lack of common sense. This should be a pass unless he suddenly becomes a can't miss prospect.

Sometimes it's just a numbers game. We offered him in June of 25 and have received 3 OL commits since that time. We also have 20 OL on roster and only 3-4 that will be out of eligibility after this season.

No inside info on this kid specifically but I did just walk through the numbers with my buddy who is OL coach for a kid that recently got a camp invite. IF he loves Cuse AND gets an offer from camp it's not one he should sit on for long as numbers aren't favorable for it to be available for very long.
