I think those incharge of the Belk Bowl are more aware of the 50,000 or so ex Central NYers living in the TarHeel state than Phil Steel.

I will really be surprised if we don't get the Belk no matter what happens Thursday & Saturday. Exen when Syracuse was 1-10 they had 20k people in the Dome. There were 15K tops at Nippert the other night for a team that was 7-3
