Neither one was the driver, they were older than 21, but there was a serious accident. Both drivers served jail time but I wouldn’t consider either one a bad person. The others on the boat weren’t charged but he carried that guilt with him until he lost his own life. I’d hope he learned a great deal from the incident and used the rest of his life to make up for it. Point is if he hasn’t had any issues since I have no problem taking a second chance on the kid .
