Not even close.
For a freshman? Not even close? Really.

He was a scorer who at times showed he could athletically finish at the rim. Had a decent handle and could knock down shots off the dribble.

obviously he was not near the consistency of Hughes but, not even close? Disagree. Just needed to develop.

He had a great 8 minute stretch in the tournament. He was our 5th best player that year looking at the stats and I still can't believe he was drafted in the first round. And Oshae shot better than him from 2 and he was killed here.

We started making a run and all they could do was dribble 25 seconds off the clock every possession before getting into their offense.

Never in a million years would I have guessed we could have come back and beaten those guys.

What if Virginia had won? Do they lose to a 16 seed in 2018? Does Virginia beat UNC in the Final Four, then take out Nova in the Champ Game? Does Nova's great run even happen if they lose that game?

Favorite part of that game was Richardson’s offensive rebound and pass fake under the basket to buy himself a split second for the put-back. That’s a move that might work on a playground, but don’t see it on a big stage like that often.

waiting for some board members, like maybe that pizza one or the the t-bone, to come in here grumbling about fluke/mirage/doesn't count... in any case, I think this game (and prob the Gonzaga one before it) served to anger the anti-Boeheim segment in how it disrupted their narrative
