One benefit to new coordinators at the same time

Just in case the losing season and the consistent "every job is open" mantra doesn't sink in, new coordinators on both sides of the ball are going to be looking at every player and their talents with fresh eyes. That yields a different kind of motivation.

We might even see some guys that considered the transfer portal stick it out in the belief that they can earn some time with the new coaches. Part of the fun next year will be that we're almost certain to get a handful of surprise contributors that shine under the new coordinators.

And in one of Dino’s end of season press availabilities he mentioned that not only were players not as motivated as the year before, coaches were not as dialed in too. Changing coordinators sends a message to the remaining staff.
