We didn't give up any crazy long plays.
Yeah, Etienne was great and Renfrow made that amazing catch, but other than that we kept everything in front of us.
The defense struggled to wrap up a bit here and there, and it cost us, but we never had that soul crushing mistake on defense that sprung a play the length of the field.
Part of it was that Clemson wasn't necessarily looking for those kinds of plays, but even so there have been times where our failures on defense broke things open for a standard play run by our opponent.
It's encouraging.
