no more blocking below the waist outside the tackle box on any plays by anyone.. those WR screens will be much harder to work when you cant take the db's feet out with a cut block..

and the new helmet rule will probably cost someone a game and people will be pissed.

Can the DB's still submarine the big uglies when they pull on running plays? I mean...fair is fair, right?
