I use Bovada. They are a poker and gambling site. It is owned by a Hong Kong company and it pays out but it takes about 1 month to receive your winnings by wire. I put 100 dollars to start and I have taken about 600 dollars over the years and leave most of my winnings in there.

It is allows poker because you are a number and not a screen name and it gives you live odds for sports bets.

Bovada is junk, IMO. Terrible lines, late lines, etc. They take advantage of bettors. Been there. 5Dimes is top with reduced juice, and you can bet on anything. Bitcoin is the new thing. You link up your bank account with Bitcoin exchanges and are able to deposit and withdrawal easily, with no charge. Just have to do it right so they don't shut you down for suspicion of gambling.

Yep, and the front and back of my CC, kind of a pain, but I like their lines the best, so it's worth it for me.
