I live in Southern Ontario and do have Dish Network which last year gave me all but about two of the conference games (got games on ESPN, CBS and MASN). Only got a couple of the OOC games unfortunately. I'm concerned with the ACC move that I will actually be able to see fewer game. DISH does not carry any Time Warner or SNY broadcasts. ESPN3 is not available outside the United States.

Can people here answer the following questions regarding "Orange All Access".
- Is it "live" streaming or only available "at a later date"?
- Is there a cost to join?
- Any idea if it is available outside the U.S.?
- Your experiences as to quality, etc.?

Thank you.

It's live streaming. The games are also archived for viewing on demand at a later date. They also provide coverage of such things as Midnight Madness, post game interviews, player interviews and video clips of interest. There is a subscription cost for the season. Some of the coverage and recorded events are free but to watch live streaming you must be a subscriber. It is not the best coverage and many times the sound will stop or when the 2nd half starts you will have video but no sound for several minutes. The production is lacking and it can be quite maddening at times but when it's the only way to watch the games and you are a die hard Syracuse fan it's worth coughing up the coin for the subscription.

How's your cousin Gordon doing. ;)

Welcome to the board. Sorry, couldn't resist the bad joke. :)

You can pay by the month to just get OCC. Not a bad way to go. If you have a fast internet connection you are good to go. If sound is a problem you can simultaneously listen to a radio broadcast.

I live in Canada and have had nothing but above average experiences with Orange All-Access. It's live, it's available in Canada, and the quality is not horrible. I always watch on mute and listen to a radio broadcast. Juice is worth the squeeze. You should also drop Dish Network and go to Directv. DTV gives you all but the two conference games and most of the non-conference on SNY, MSG, etc... If you need a DTV hookup in Ontario I can point you in the right direction. Send me a PM.

Thanks for all the input guys, appreciate it. I will likely look at a monthly situation for at least the OOC games. Too bad they only do home games. Just have to wait and see how the TV coverage works out for the Conference games.

PeteCalvin - no relation, but I'm a better singer :)

Most OCC games are home. The exceptions are apt to be big enough, like tourney's, to be on ESPN. Hell, its only about $10 a month.
