My sister and brother-in-law are currently sitting at CDG airport in Paris waiting to fly back to the US after a week-long vacation. She looks over at the person next to her, and the dude has this tattoo.

She shouted, "are you from Syracuse?!" And he smiled and said "Yes, you're the only person to ever understand what this is in Europe!"
