No Justin Barron. Can only invite so many kids though and that is 4 from SU. Personally I think i'd go with Barron at LB over Clark at Safety. Just guessing, but maybe moving from safety to LB just a couple games ago might have a little to do with that. Maybe more space available at safety than LB.

Has anyone ever opted out of playing in their school’s bowl game and then played in the Shrine Bowl? I honestly don’t know. This could be a good sign that he’ll play in the bowl game.

I honestly think all of our kids will play in the bowl game, as long as it is a good bowl.

wasabi and pinstripe - probably no. Who would want to play in those nasty field conditions?
Gator, Sun, Pop Tarts or Holiday - I would think they would all want to play in them. Sun Bowl is CBS after all.
Mayo, Military? 50-50, depends who we play.

my guess is Fran would see it as letting their teammates down if they don’t play in the better bowls. Too good an opportunity for exposure for the players and the team.
