Yes I have seen a few games this year and I am kind of understanding where the feeling about Q being a great recruiter and not such a good bench coach is coming from. Frustrating.

You didn't miss anything. tough game to watch - I finally commit to watching a woman's game and it was a stinker

Watched the first half - horrible play by SU. They looked slow, didn't block out at all on rebounds and just seemed to lack hustle. In the first half Alexander missed a few she normally makes but overall SU ignored their best offensive player while missing layups and chucking it up from the 3. They allowed one Creighton player score 17 of their 24 points mostly from the 3 in the first half yet never made any special attempt to guard her or deny her the ball at all in the half.

I turned the station at half time hoping they would energize and start playing smart. Obviously didn't happen.

Hopefully this leaves these great young frosh and sophs quite hungry to win a couple in the tourney next year. They are now out of the shadow of ND and Conn (for a while anyhow), but there are plenty of quality ACC teams and they need to keep climbing the ladder.

Q waited too long to go m2m, but the story was SU missing tons of shots both in close and from the arc. The announcers kept focusing on their defense, but the problem was offense.

Yikes that was awful, Q definitely needs to step it up next year not much to show for all his great recruiting classes.
