Another reason that Vermont loss sucked! A lot of guys lost a deserved shot at the record books.

Of all the post-2003 losses I think that is still the worst. Maybe 2012 but at least that was in the elite 8. That 05 team was very good and I still think could have made a run.

He would pass the much maligned Brandon Triche. People forget how much of our fan base hammered that guy because of the subsequent merciless pounding of Cooney and then up another notch for Howard.

I like that Frank stat. He's sneaking up on us. He'll be remembered positively by the fans. Who would have imagined that just a year before?

Man, this just reminds me of how often we have guards that start way too many games in their careers, and play heavy minutes, because we recruit for the zone. We got recruiting issues at the guard position!

Triche deserved no criticism.
He split PT with a deep rotation till his Senior year.

Cooney played superstar minutes. That is on the coaching staff. Cooney shouldn’t have played those minutes.

Howard’s past problems were legitimately bad but JB bet on him and won.

Triche deserved nothing. He was a 3 Star kid who was consistent in his role.
