I remember reading here, I forget who it was, that even after the UK game said Indiana was just an average team.

I don't think they are top 5 good, since they went down the wire at home to beat UK and tOSU, but they are very very good. Jordan Hulls is a scary good shooter.

Their crowd plays a huge part obviously. They appear to be mediocre on the road.

mediocre may be a bit hard on them, they beat NC state by 11 on the road. Sounds like some other team I follow...

They lost @Michigan State, but a lot of people will do that.

If the Hoosiers had a good true point guard they would be scary good. Jones III and Hulls are solid players, but not point guards and right now Indiana continues to struggle entering the ball to the post- Zeller.

Agreed about it being good that Indiana is back. Butler was a nice substitute, but nothing gets the Hoosier state going like IU basketball.

Think this is going to be a very "traditional" year in terms of bb with 10 of the 15 best programs of all-time looking like the 10 best teams this year.

Still relatively early though.
